As our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order has already been processed, printed or moved to the packing stage, no refund will be issued. Cancellations within 12 hours of order placement are permitted but will incur a 50% deduction of the advance payment to offset setup costs. This fee covers the upfront payment required before processing. If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal, or other cases, upfront payment will not be refunded.
If your order is received with a defect or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, but the customer will bear the cost and must provide clear video evidence of the issue. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if you contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered by the courier company.
The Framers is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused to your order while it is in transit. Responsibility transfers to the courier company once the package is handed over.
