At The Framers, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all of our customers.
When placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment
We require 50% advance payment to begin processing your order. We do not proceed with printing until this payment is received, and it is not our responsibility for any delay caused by late advance payment. The remaining balance will be cash on delivery (COD). We accept payments via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Shipping
It takes 4–5 business days to process your order before it is dispatched for shipping. Customization requests may result in longer processing and shipping times.
Pick Ups
Pick-ups will be ready in 4 business days unless otherwise noted. Customization requests may result in longer processing times.
Changes and Cancellations
We send your selected design with your personalized details for proofreading before printing. To request changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has entered the production stage, changes are not guaranteed. Please ensure that all order details are accurate at the time of submission.
Customization
To ensure efficient use of our time and resources, we request that you inform us of all desired customizations at once on your order form or via WhatsApp. There is a maximum of 3 design revisions. Additional charges may apply for further changes. We are not responsible for delays caused by ongoing revision requests or incomplete customization information.
Important – Customized Products Policy
All customized and personalized products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since each item is specially made according to your requirements and involves dedicated time, effort, and resources from our team, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun or the order has been delivered. Please also note that customized products are made by human hands, so minor variations may occur and the final item may not be exactly 100% identical to the preview shown. This is our clear and firm policy.
Customer Communication
Customers are expected to respond to our messages promptly. Delays in response may lead to processing or delivery delays. If we do not receive a response after three reminders, the order will be marked as closed or lost from our end.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipping. Cancellations after printing will be subject to a PKR 1,500 retention fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Original Flower Products
Products that contain original (real) flowers have a limited lifespan, depending on environmental conditions and handling. Please carefully consider this before placing your order. We are not responsible for natural changes in color, texture, or freshness after delivery.
Delays, Damaged, Lost Orders
The Framers is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged orders while in transit. Once your package has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, any unexpected delays during transit are beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us clear photos within 2 business days, and we will do our best to assist you.
If you have not received your order and believe it is lost, you must file a claim with the shipping company and provide us with proof of shipment loss within 10 days of receiving the shipping notification confirming delivery. We do not provide refunds for lost shipments; however, we may issue a new certificate with separate charges.
Packages returned by the carrier (due to incorrect address, refusal to pay COD, etc.) will not be resent or refunded. Upfront payments for such orders are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in creating or shipping orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or supplier delays.
Validity
The nikah certificates offered by The Framers have been signed by numerous couples at their nikah ceremonies. Our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as Muslim marriage contracts. You may personalize the design after selecting your preferred template. Including the Mahr or thumb impression is entirely your choice.
Please note that while our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as marriage contracts, they are not official government documents. It remains your responsibility to complete the official registration of your marriage with the relevant local government authorities.
