There’s no right answer — it depends on your audience. If most of your guests are Urdu-speaking families, Urdu is the natural choice. If you have a mix of English-speaking friends and family, bilingual wording works best. For international guests (diaspora weddings), English-only is perfectly acceptable. How much text can fit on an acrylic or glass wedding card?

Less than you’d think. We recommend a maximum of 60-80 words for acrylic wedding cards and 50-70 words for glass wedding cards to maintain visual clarity. Detailed event information (RSVP numbers, dress codes, maps) can go on a separate printed insert tucked inside the envelope.

Is it okay to send one card for all events (nikkah, barat, walima, mehendi)?

Absolutely! Multi-event cards are becoming more popular in Pakistan — they’re practical and cost-effective. A single acrylic card listing all four events looks clean and modern. Can I include Quranic verses or Hadith on my wedding card?

Yes, and it’s very common in Pakistani weddings.
